We like to share with you that we are expanding from being a retailed bookstore to also becoming a publishing company. We believe Hmongland Publishing Company will give incentives to the Hmong to put their knowlege and stories into writing. We hope to help them publish and market their books.

We are fortunate to earn the trust of Dr. Gary Y. Lee and Dr. Pao Saykao who allowed Hmongland Publishing to publish their books -- "Dust of Life: A True Ban Vinai Love Story" and "The Root & the Fruit: Hmong Identity." Our current publications are the two versions of English-Hmong/Hmong-English Dictionary listed below. We hope to hear from your comments.

At Hmongland Publishing Co, we also published historical posters of Hmong kings, generals and heroes, and of battles the Hmong fought against Han Chinese expansionism. These posters below are drawings of King Chiyou, King Wu Bayue, General Zhang Xiumei, General Bao Dadu, Battle of Huang Piao, and Battle of Lang De. They are paintings by Tong Her Yang, a Hmong Chinese artist who brings the past to life again.
