Hmong ABC - Chiyou International Tour

Chiyou International Tour provides a group tour to Hmong and non-Hmong who are interested in Hmong history and culture. This Hmong Migration Trail tour is specifically designed for interested individuals to follow the migration path of the Hmong from the northeast to the southwest of China. It will take one whole month to complete this Hmong Migration Trail. You're promised to enjoy the tour and to learn a lot about the history and culture of the Hmong.

Once you've made the decision to participate in Hmong Migration Trail, call Chiyou International Tour (CIT) at (651) 293-0019 to customize and book your tour. When you have reached an agreement with CIT on the inclusions in your tour, you will receive a contract which will document this agreement. This "Terms of Agreement" will govern the conduct of your tour. In the event of cancellation, any penalties will be covered in the Terms of Agreement.

The normal payment schedule consists of an initial deposit followed by three or four equal payments, spread out across a reasonable period of time. Once an initial payment has been made, your CIT tour coordinator will begin making your arrangements. Final payment is due two months prior to your departure to ensure that the necessary payments can be made to suppliers of services for your tour.

CIT makes every effort to avoid changes in the price of your tour quote, but by being aware of exactly what is included when you contract for your big tour, you will avoid any unpleasant surprises later on. Here are some factors to consider:

Transportation
Chiyou International Tour provides airfare for your group from the nearest major international gateway airport. Pricing may fluctuate when utilizing smaller airports.

Local Transfers
All of our Hmong Migration Trail tours include transportation by private motor coach. We use reputable motor coach operators in all locations, following local government regulations.

Number of Participants
Tour costs are based upon a minimum number of participants and any change in numbers may result in a change in the price of your tour.

Currency Fluctuations
The rate of exchange with foreign currencies in effect the day your contract is drawn is used in assessing your tour price. Currency adjustments that may increase your tour cost more than 3% at the time of travel will be reflected in an adjusted tour price.

Insurance
Your group is covered at no cost by CIT's one million dollar liability insurance. CIT will also provide you with forms for the following types of insurance, which are available at minimal cost:

Baggage insurance
Accident insurance
Medical insurance

Tips and Taxes
Tips and taxes at hotels and restaurants utilized during the course of your tour are already included in your tour price. You will be informed of air taxes and other special taxes which must be paid by the individual tour members. Tips to sightseeing guides and bus drivers are optional and at your discretion. Deviations Deviations from the final itinerary, whether by the group as a whole or by individual tour participants, will result in additional charges to the group or the individuals involved.

Responsibility Clause The Chiyou International Tour of 298 University Avenue West, St. Paul, MN 55103, acts only as agent for the various companies whose services and accommodations are made available in the arrangements in the itinerary. The foregoing assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the services in or on any vessel, train, hotel, motorcraft, aircraft, or other conveyance which is used, whether wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty to the passengers. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable, for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made. Additional expense, if any, shall be borne by the passengers. Conversely, refund will be made to the passengers if any savings is effected thereby. All rates are based on tariffs and costs in effect June 1 of the preceding year, and are subject to change and/or confirmation when final payment is made. The right is reserved to withdraw tour, or any portion of same, should circumstances warrant such action. All arrangements for accommodations and sightseeing are made by Tour Operator and/or its agents. Participating airlines are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time the passengers are not on board their aircraft or conveyances. Payment of deposit and final balance on the cost of arrangements described in the itinerary or any other material of any sort mentioning the itinerary or its contents signifies acceptance on the part of the purchaser of all the terms and conditions as set forth in the itinerary and further signifies understanding and acceptance on the part of said purchaser and/or passengers of the limitation of the airlines' responsibility to the terms and conditions set forth in the jacket of the passage contract (air ticket) issued.
